SHIPPING POLICY

Courier

These are door-to-door services. The delivery address must be a physical address, and cannot be a post office box. Someone will need to be available at the address to receive the delivery.Cost is determined separately by parcel size and will vary based on the weight of your package and your location.  Delivery to main centres takes 1 – 2 business days. Delivery to areas outside of main centres (including farms/plots/locations/rural areas) may take from 3 – 5 days.

All deliveries are made during business hours.

Processing Time

In-stock merchandise typically ships within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are processed the next business day.  If the items which you have ordered are available today then you can expect to receive them 3-5 working days from dispatch. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays

Shipping Charges

Please note that if your parcel does not fit into a standard courier sleeve, or fits into more than one sleeve, additional charges will be charged. In this instance, you will be contacted before the parcels are dispatched. If your parcel requires a dedicated trip, additional charges may apply. In this instance, you will be contacted before the parcel is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

The provision of goods and services by Soul Food Spiritual Products is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Soul Food Spiritual Products will contact you with the following options:

  • Wait for the missing item to be restocked and receive your complete order (We will give you a timeframe for receipt of the missing item).

  • Receive credit for the missing item and have the balance of your order shipped that day.

  • A complete refund of your order.

We ship all of our orders in discreet unmarked boxes to ensure your utmost privacy.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not yet been made by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by Soul Food Spiritual Products.

We do accept returns. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account. There is a 10% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is ours. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product less 10%. 

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Soul Food Spiritual Products within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Soul Food Spiritual Products within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.
